Clouve is built to work across all major cloud providers. While we are compatible with GCP, AWS, and Azure, we currently use Google Cloud as our primary active environment to ensure the best performance and resource allocation.

Every customer’s app runs in an isolated environment, meaning your data and processes are separated at the infrastructure level for maximum security.

🔒 Encrypted Connections

Every app gets a dedicated URL with SSL included by default. This ensures all data is encrypted in transit between your users and your application.

Backups & Recovery

Daily backups are on by default. You can adjust the cadence based on your specific needs. If something goes wrong, we handle the restore to get you back to normal quickly.

Monitoring & Uptime

We run continuous uptime checks so issues are detected early — often before you even notice them. When an alert fires, our team investigates and responds immediately.

Updates & Maintenance

Clouve handles the boring stuff: routine system updates, security checks, and investigating potential vulnerabilities as part of our ongoing operations.

Your business data should never feel “locked in.” With Clouve, you keep full ownership and can cancel anytime. While we don’t currently offer a self-service export tool, we are committed to true data portability.

Do you guarantee 99.999% uptime?

We aim for maximum availability and have maintained 99% uptime over the past several years. While we are dependent on external cloud service providers, we focus on practical reliability and clear incident response. In the rare event of an issue, downtime is typically resolved within an hour.

Are backups included?

Yes — daily backups are included by default, and the frequency can be configured based on your requirements.

Can we export our data if we decide to leave?

Yes. Your data stays yours. While we don’t currently offer a self-service export tool, we can definitely provide custom data exports upon request since data structures vary by application. We provide an infrastructure-level export path and technical guidance to help you move smoothly.

Can our IT team review the technical details?

Absolutely. We can share security and infrastructure details (including our RPO/RTO metrics) upon request.
