By accessing or using the services provided by Clouve Inc. (“Clouve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and application marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Clouve provides a managed hosting platform and marketplace for business applications. Your use of these services is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, including the transmission of viruses or harmful code.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Clouve platform (excluding the data you store within your app instances) are the sole property of Clouve Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Clouve provides the platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, Clouve Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform’s integrity.
